Install ROS on a WAM Control PC
These instructions are intended to be used on the WAMs internal PC/104 or a WAM external control PC.
The WAM control PC MUST be running a Barrett created Ubuntu Xenomai 12.04 Kernel. Instructions for installation of Barrett supported Ubuntu 12.04 kernels can be found here:

External WAM Control PC (Only supported on Barrett provided external PCs)
32-bit - Ubuntu 12.04 32-bit Installation
64-bit - Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit Installation
The current supported release is ROS Fuerte.
On the WAM control PC

A bare-bones installation is recommended for the WAMs PC/104.
